Module one rewired how I think about the win-rate math. I came in expecting another generic course and got a structural argument I had never seen laid out this clearly.

The quiz format is the difference. You cannot fake your way through. By the time I finished module five I actually knew the material instead of just having watched someone explain it.

How it works

We don't teach markets through hours of loose video. We teach them through short, structured reading, and a six-question quiz that proves you understood before you move on.

The program is divided into nine modules. Each module is a focused, written lesson, ten to fifteen minutes long, followed by a six-question quiz drawn from a pool of three combinations. You pass at fifty percent or above, and only then unlock the next module.

There is no deadline. There is no chase. Signing up opens the program, and you decide your own reading rhythm.

Try one question

A taste of the format.

Before you sign up, here is one of the actual questions from module one. No tricks. Pick an answer and see the explanation.

Module 01 · Question 03 of 06

A retail trader hits a 60% win rate over 100 trades. Their average winner is $80, their average loser is $120. What is their expectancy per trade?

A look inside

This is what module one actually looks like.

Before you sign up, see exactly what opens on the other side of the form. One reading view. One six-question quiz. One badge per module.

The modules

Nine modules. One framework.

From the foundational math of how the markets behave at the retail level, all the way through the technology and discipline that structured market study requires. Each module is unlocked by passing its quiz.

01

The Broken Math of the Markets

15 min reading

An honest look at the foundational math that shapes how the markets behave at the retail level. The structure beneath the curtain, why the curve looks the way it does, and what that tells us about where serious study should start.

02

The New Model

12 min reading

A different model for how a serious student approaches the markets. What changed in the last decade, what stayed the same, and the structural shift this program is built on.

03

From Theory to Practice

10 min reading

How rule-based practice environments work, what their parameters look like, and how to approach hands-on study as part of a learning process and not as a shortcut. Includes a conceptual walkthrough of how those rules play out.

04

The Checkpoint

5 min reading

A short module that asks you to take stock. Where you stand right now, what you've absorbed, and what comes next, before you move into the harder material.

05

Conviction & Execution

15 min reading

How a serious student moves from theory into honest execution. Identity before tactics, retention before reach, and the small daily practices that turn a curious reader into a finished student.

Identity · the seven day restart · the Friday review · the study log · long honest reviews

06

The Continuation

15 min reading

The composition that separates a student who reads from one who builds a body of work. Routines that compound, journaling as architecture, and the leap from solo learner into a real cohort of serious students.

A study channel · daily reading discipline · study peers · teaching as mastery · the long study journal

07

Technical Analysis

15 min reading

Price action, candlestick patterns, the major schools of technical analysis. The focus is on developing the analytical eye, not on memorizing setups someone else gave you.

08

Technology & Progression

10 min reading

The tools, platforms, and infrastructure used today, and how the progression system within the program works. What changes as a student advances through the modules, and why.

09

The Turn

10 min reading

The closing module. Where the framework consolidates, what to carry forward into your own study, and how to keep the framework alive after the program is complete.

Every module, every quiz, every badge. The whole reading program stays free, in your browser, on any device.

The quiz, up close

Six questions. Designed to teach, not to trip you up.

Every module ends with a six-question quiz. The questions are not memorization tests. They are checks for whether the underlying concept actually stuck. The design rewards careful reading and patient thinking, not speed.

Pass at fifty percent or above and the next module unlocks. Fall short, and the quiz reshuffles questions from the next combination so you can try again on slightly different ground. The point is comprehension, not perfection.

  • 01

    Three combinations per module

Each quiz draws from a pool of three full sets of questions, so retries land on different ground and reward concept retention over rote answers.

  • 02

    Mixed difficulty, by design

Questions blend easy, medium, and harder framings so you can both confirm what you understood and stretch into the parts you almost did.

  • 03

    Per-module unlocks

A passed quiz is what unlocks the next module. The framework is sequential because the math is sequential. You cannot skip a step and still hold the structure together.

  • 04

    Explanations after every answer

When you submit, the right answer and a short explanation appear underneath. Even a wrong answer becomes a small lesson.

  • 05

    Unlimited retries

No clock, no fail counter. You can step away, re-read the module, come back, and try again until the threshold is comfortably passed.

  • 06

A badge that records the work

Every passed quiz earns a permanent badge on your profile. Nine badges marks a graduate, visible in the portal, anchored to your email.

Step by step

Three steps to begin

From signup to your first module, the path is intentionally short. No long onboarding, no setup calls, no waiting list. You sign up and you start reading.

Create your account

First name and email

Two fields and a click. No phone number. No credit card. The portal opens the moment you submit, and your progress is saved to the email you provided.

Watch the welcome video

A short orientation

A brief introduction that explains how the modules and quizzes work, and what to expect across the nine modules. Watch it once and module one unlocks.

Read and pass the quiz

One module at a time

Read the module, take the six-question quiz, and reach fifty percent or above to unlock the next one. You can retry, you can step away. Your pace is your pace.

Self-paced study

You set the rhythm.

The whole program is asynchronous. There are no live calls to attend, no schedule to keep, no group you need to keep up with. Just nine modules, in order, each one waiting for you.

Some students complete the program in a single afternoon. Others take a week per module. Both are correct. The point is that you read it, take the quiz, and only move on when you actually understood.

Your progress is saved automatically against your email. Close the tab today, open it tomorrow on a different device, and the program picks up exactly where you left off.

Why it's free

The nine modules are free because the program is part of the brand, not a product we sell.

ITAfx keeps the Academy free because the program exists to introduce a serious student to the broader ITAfx ecosystem. What you do after the nine modules is your decision and your path. The reading and the quizzes themselves cost nothing. There is no upsell hidden inside a module.

Frequent questions

What students ask before starting.

You will get a confirmation email with the portal link. Click it, watch the brief welcome video, and module one unlocks. Total time from form submit to reading module one is well under a minute.
No. Module one starts from the foundations, with a clear-eyed look at the math behind retail market frameworks. Some experience helps you read faster, but the program assumes nothing.
Around ninety minutes of structured reading total, spread across the nine modules. You can do it in one afternoon or stretch it across weeks. The portal is asynchronous and saves your progress automatically.
Each module ends with a six-question quiz, drawn from a pool of three combinations. You need fifty percent or above to pass. If you fall short, you can retry. The aim is comprehension, not memorization.
The nine modules and their quizzes are free, with no credit card and no deposit required. Signup is just first name and email. Anything beyond the program itself is part of the broader ITAfx ecosystem and is opt-in, not part of the educational content.
No. The Academy is an educational program. Our commitment is to the quality of the reading and the rigor of the quiz. What each student does with the knowledge afterward is a personal decision and falls outside the program's scope.
